These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that apply when you use 397pk. They cover account eligibility, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, bonus terms, responsible gaming obligations and how disputes are handled. Please read them before registering.

All deposits on 397pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The platform accepts deposits via the following methods:
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, payments made from an account that does not belong to the registered 397pk account holder — are not permitted. Deposits identified as coming from a third-party account may be frozen pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 for most payment methods and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. These figures may change from time to time and the current minimum will always be displayed in the deposit section of your account.
397pk charges no deposit fees. Any transaction charges applied are levied by the payment provider (for example, JazzCash or your bank) and are outside 397pk's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification.

Withdrawals are processed during normal business hours. Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. The current estimated processing times are shown in your account's withdrawal section.
397pk reserves the right to delay any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or a violation of these terms is suspected, pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, the withdrawal may be refused and the account closed.

From time to time 397pk offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be stated in the promotion details. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
All games available on the 397pk platform — including slots, live casino, fish games, table games and sports betting — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and/or live feeds from established providers. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are available in the relevant game information panels.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the outcome of any in-progress round will be determined according to the provider's system records. 397pk will not be held liable for disconnections caused by the player's internet connection, device failure or power outage.
Sports betting markets and odds are set at 397pk's discretion. Bets accepted in error (for example, at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error) may be voided. Live in-play bets are subject to the rules of the specific market and sport, including settlement rules for weather interruptions, player injuries and match abandonments.
Winnings are credited to your account balance following the settlement of each game round or sporting event. For cricket and other sports, settlement follows official result confirmation from the relevant governing body.
